Job Description

  • Own and deliver regional sales targets (revenue & growth)
  • Manage and grow distributor partnerships across APAC
  • Lead pricing, negotiations, and annual business planning
  • Drive execution of product launches and marketing initiatives
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for multiple countries
  • Identify new business opportunities and expansion markets
  • Build relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals, retailers and key accounts
  • Partner with internal teams across marketing, medical, and supply chain
  • Provide forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Business Management, Life Sciences or related fields
  • More than 5 years of regional sales experience
  • Prior experience in healthcare, pharma, nutraceuticals, or FMCG products is advantageous
  • Excellent track record in managing distributor-led markets in APAC
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage key accounts
  • Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix organisation
